• Remote support: $35/hour
• Same-day emergency service (2-3 hour arrival): $125 + hourly rate

Discounts:
• Active adults and veterans: $55/hour (on-site)
• Remote support with eligible discount: $25/hour

Travel Fees:
• Under 100 miles: $25 - $99
• Over 100 miles: Please inquire for a custom quote

IT and AV Field Technicians (Residential & Small Business) - Inland Pacific Northwest

Are you a whiz at fixing computer woes and making AV systems sing? We're looking for sharp technicians to join our team, providing on-site support to homes and small businesses across the beautiful Inland Pacific Northwest.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and optimize computer systems and networks.
• Assist with data backup and recovery solutions.
• Install, troubleshoot, and calibrate audiovisual equipment (home theaters, conference rooms, etc.).
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

We're Looking For:

• Proven experience troubleshooting residential and small business computer problems.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software (Windows, macOS, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (you'll be the friendly face our clients see!).
• A passion for technology and a willingness to learn new things.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (some travel may be required).
• Experience with AV equipment a plus!
